We aim to provide the best possible customer service and so have therefore enforced the following terms and conditions for your and our protection:

Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. An invoice will be required 2 weeks before your order is ready. An invoice will be sent to you with the outstanding balance and deadline date.

Designs
All Dreamy Designs, including existing designs and Bespoke Dreamy Designs (those tailor made to a customer's preferences), are subject to Dreamy Designs copyright and should not be copied in any way.

As products are handmade and therefore they may vary slightly. By ordering all your stationary at the same time will minimise the variation of colour of card, paper, ribbon etc if ordered at different times.

Dreamy Designs cannot be held responsible if the required stock to produce agreed designs is unavailable. Images on the website are used for illustration purposes only. Customers are advised to order a sample product before submitting an order in order to ensure products are suitable and of the standard of quality they would expect.

Proofs
Proofs will be supplied to the customer to ensure the accuracy of any wording to be used. The customer will be required to sign, date and return proofs. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Dreamy Designs of any changes to be made to the proof before printing is due to commence. Orders will be processed and completed within 6-8 weeks of Dreamy Designs receiving the returned proofs and full payment being made.

Any text that may need altering after the proofs have been approved and the work has commenced will incur a charge.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure copyright is not infringed when providing Dreamy Designs with wording for any products made. Dreamy Designs will not be held responsible for gaining copyright permission on behalf of a customer.

Delivery & Timing
If you require 'Urgent Orders' please contact us via email or telephone. We will try our best in producing special orders. An additional charge may be required.

We only deliver within the UK and all orders are sent out via special delivery. Postage costs will be confirmed at the time of confirming the order.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If we are aware of any issues we will contact you to let you know.

We accept no responsibility for any losses or damages once goods have been dispatched.

Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order all costs above the 50% deposit will need to be paid.

Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be processed if products are found to be faulty and if the customer informs Dreamy Designs of this within 7 days of delivery of the order.
